Activities

Weekly Runs

We meet in Sefton Park at 6:30pm every Wednesday to run 3 loops as a group. Each lap is roughly 3km and you can do as many or as few as you want. The pace of these runs is relaxed and all abilities are catered for. Some of our members also participate in regular Parkruns and informal runs on other days.

Races

Although we're primarily a social running group, many of our members take part in races outside of the club, from 5km events to ultra marathons.Join our Spond group for updates on both local and national events.

First Steps

New runners are welcome to take advantage of our First Steps programmes. These 10-week "couch-to-5km" courses are delivered by trained Run Leaders and build both running skill and confidence.Follow us on Facebook or Spond for information and upcoming dates.
